Common questions

Why do you only work with manufacturers and distributors?

Plants and warehouses have different failure modes than offices: production lines, PLCs, scanners, label printers, ERP, MES, WMS and EDI all have to keep working across every shift. Focusing on one sector means our playbooks, tooling and people are built around those systems instead of learning them on your time.

What is the difference between an MSP and an MSSP?

An MSP (managed service provider) runs and supports your IT: help desk, devices, servers, network, cloud and backup. An MSSP (managed security service provider) focuses on defending it: 24x7 threat monitoring, detection and response, vulnerability management and compliance. We provide both, and they can be purchased together or separately.

What is an AI MSP?

An AI managed service provider operates AI in production the way an MSP operates IT. That covers governance and acceptable-use policy, secure access to AI tools, monitoring of model quality and cost, maintaining the data connections AI depends on, and supporting users.
